  • A willingness to actively participate in board meetings and committee work.
  • Experience in nonprofit governance, fundraising, finance, marketing, or related fields (though it is not mandatory).
  • A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization and the broader community.

Service Expectations: As a member of the Aurora Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors are expected to…

  • Attend monthly, online board meetings
  • Attend and assist with administration at ASO concerts
  • Participate on and/or chair a committee
  • Make a financial contribution of $200
